• Step 1

First you need invitations. If you want to send out digital email invitations we can help you design the e-mail. make this list LARGE try to invite at least 30-40 people only half will actually go. Not everyone can make it to the candle party. Don't worry if you think you don't have enough room for everyone you can always make it in the back or front yard. Invite everyone whether you think they can buy or not. When inviting try to sound excited talk about how fun it will be to get together and catch up. Try not to talk about purchasing too much, that will only make them feel as if you're expecting them to buy. It is ok to talk about the product and it's benefits clean burning, soot less, the burn 5-6 times longer the standard candles, the scent throw and how great it is, and of course talk about the look and the unique crystallizing features that our candles have. But most importantly this is for you just to hang out and catch up with your friends.

Here's an example of people to put on your list:
1.Family
2.Friends
3.Neighbors
4.(If you have kids) Teachers
5.Spouses family
6.Co workers
7.Your kids parents
Once you have your list send out the Invites at least two weeks in advance. It is optional to include a game as part of the candle party invite. You will see a better outcome. REMEMBER TO ENCOURAGE THEM TO BRING SOMEONE ALONG!!!

• Step 2

Once you've taken care of how many people to expect think about what you will be serving. Now food isn't required BUT it is an added bonus. You can chose to serve something Simple.
Here are some examples:
1.Chips and salsa or avocado
2.Mini sandwiches
3.Taquitos
4.Hot wings
5.Salad
and to Drink:
1.Soda
2.Punch
3.Juice
4.Alcohol

It is best to chose a theme for your candle party. Such as a Girls night with margaritas and chips or a breakfast with bagels, donuts coffee etc.
I found people were more at ease with a full belly.

• Step 3

The last thing to do now before the candle party is CALL EVERYONE the day before to remind them to come. and remember sound excited. and casually mention what you will be serving and who has RSVP so that they know their friends ARE coming. If they mention that they have no money to spend just let them know it's okay and you're doing so that you can all get together.

• Step 4

THE BIG DAY!! Depending on what time you scheduled your show make sure you have everything ready before the guest arrive. Once the Consultant is there they will take care of everything else. All you have to worry about now is Serving the food and drinks. Remember to relax and enjoy. Here is a trick that is worth doing to boost up your sales that day. After the presentation from the consultant make sure that you talk up the product. Your friends have heard how great our product is from us but your opinion is going to matter more to them. You know your friends and their houses mention certain products looking good in a room of their house, such as that candle would look great in your bathroom.

Following these steps will ensure a great candles party and with a successful party your earning potential will be a light higher whether you choose to earn a commission or free products.
